This fleece is dense! A subtle stripe down the back blends in to light reddish-brown crimpy and coarser wool. One of our very first hides done by a tannery in Oregon, this one sat in the bark tan a bit longer, leaving it a beautiful light cinnamon color. The wool is extra dense and the crimp is tight at the base with a heavy leather backing; this would make an excellent rug and could stand up to more foot traffic. Approximately 40” x 20”, no tail.
